Philippe Model Paris offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to request a return for any item purchased on our official online store within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact to ensure a full refund.

Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Philippe Model Paris box and ensure the package is securely sealed to protect the artisanal quality of the footwear.

Attach the Shipping Label

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

Handover and Tracking

Drop off your package at the designated courier collection point and retain your receipt to track the journey back to our Italian warehouse.
